The Sevena Violin Duo, founded in 2003, have quickly established a reputation for style and versatility. As classical artists, the duo have performed recitals across the UK in venues including St. John's Waterloo, The Lyceum, Christ The Cornerstone and Wimborne Minster, in aid of the Prince's Trust.

While specializing in the rarely performed works of Mazas, Playel and Bacewicz, their recital material includes styles ranging from Jazz and Latin American to Folk, Bluegrass and Pop. Having completed a successful tour of the Baltics, the Sevena Violin Duo were invited to join Minerva II in voyages to the Far East, Middle East, North Africa, South America, the Caribbean and have recently given a series of recitals in Southern France.

They have also played in Russia, Poland, India, Thailand, Malaysia, Singapore, Egypt, New Orleans, Mexico and Costa Rica. The Sevena Violin Duo have premiered the work of Matthew Miller and will make their debut as concerto soloists with the Orchestra of Christ the Cornerstone in the forthcoming concert series.

As a "light" music ensemble the Sevena Violin Duo provide bespoke musical entertainment for weddings, corporate functions, private parties, cruises and can make arrangements of music on request. The duo have played in the most prestigious venues in and around London such as: The Natural History Museum, The Grosvenor Hotel, The Royal Lancaster, Claridges, The Savoy, Stockbrook Manor, The Connaught Rooms, The Tower of London, London Zoo and the Guards Museum at Buckingham Palace.

Katie Neaves graduated from the Royal College of Music in 2002, and has since had a varied career as an orchestral, solo and chamber musician. Katie plays with Opera UK, English Symphony Orchestra, Southbank Sinfonia and European Chamber Opera.

As a solo artist and chamber musician, Katie has toured much of England and Europe. In 2003, Katie was awarded the Nannie Jamieson Nutshell Scholarship. She also collaborated with Chinese artist Zao Bhandi on his 2004 UK SARS exhibition and her penchant for jazz has led her to write and publish violin duo arrangements of various jazz standards.

She has made numerous television appearances, of which include; MOBO Awards, "Celebrity Auction" and The Queen's Golden Jubilee at Buckingham Palace. Katie has also performed in Classic FM's "Classics in the City" series.

Leanne Wren won both violin and piano scholarships at a young age to Wells Cathedral School where she studied for five years. She completed her education at the Guildhall School of Music and Drama where she gained an honours degree in 2002. During her time at G.S.M.D. Leanne was awarded the Wolfson Foundation Award and took part in many chamber music recitals in venues throughout London including St. James Piccadilly, Southwark Cathedral and The Wigmore Hall.

As a concerto soloist Leanne has performed at Wells Cathedral, Bishops Palace, St-Martin-In-The-Fields and St. John's Waterloo with the Southbank Sinfonia. She has recorded works by Karg-Elert and Nicholas Chouveux for the National Sound Archive and recorded a CD in aid of The Prince's Trust with The Dorset Male Voice Choir.

Leanne has also appeared as a guest soloist with the Llanelli Male Voice Choir in highly acclaimed concerts in both Dorset and Wales. She regularly appears on pop shows including T.O.T.P.'s, Smash Hits, National Music Awards and CD:UK and enjoys freelancing with various orchestras and chamber groups.
