The Loose
Cannons are an exciting 7 piece band, bringing together some of
London’s finest musicians.
There is a large repertoire of original as well as some of
the old favourite arrangements predominantly from the swing era.
These include songs made famous by the likes of Frank Sinatra,
Dean Martin, Ella Fitzgerald, Count Basie and Duke Ellington.
The Band takes one instrument from each section in the big band, adds a
rhythm section and a singer to produce a convincing;
swinging, smaller group, if for instance there wasn’t the room
for a big band. The Rhythm section consists of: Piano/Guitar, Bass and
Drums, and if you required some background jazz for reception or
dinner, the Trio would be an ideal choice. |
