Nick is a remarkably accomplished guitarist whose range encompasses the full spectrum from flamenco and classical to jazz and rock and is a dazzling soloist as his various performance patrons have witnessed in various venues from Wembley Arena to Pizza Express to the chill out rooms at large corporate functions. His playing style is technically highly adept but always innovative and appropriate to its musical context, whether on acoustic, electric or MIDI instruments.

Nick grew up in Scotland, where he established a formidable reputation as a virtuoso guitarist, composer, teacher and sessioneer. He moved to London in 1997 to further develop his career, working on a wide range of solo and collaborative projects with various cover bands, FU2K (a U2 tribute band) and Jazz Fusioneers Curfew. He also produced Curfews latest release "Hold the Front Page".

Nick also writes two columns for Europe’s top online guitar magazine, alloutguitar.com. One on Jazz/Fusion style playing and another on Midi guitar. In addition to his various producing and recording work Nick also performs master-classes for a number of music schools and colleges in the southeast.

Nick has also just released a solo album called "Solo?" In which he plays all the instruments himself. All on guitar! Even the violas, drums, whooshes and gongs, using modern Midi guitar technology and a "wee computer".
