    • who you are (details)
    • the type of contract you require
    • the parties to the contract
    • a suitable time for telephone interview

2. You'll be interviewed by one of our Legal Consultants who will take notes of the provisions to be inserted in the contract.

3. You are required to pay a deposit cheque of £50 after the interview in order to carry on the procedure.

4. You will receive, within 2 working days after reception of the deposit, an e-mail or fax with

- the minutes of the interview containing bullet points of the agreed provisions

- a declaration of conformity that you will need to fill in, sign and post to Music for London

- an invoice with the balance that remains to be paid

5. The contract will be e-mailed and posted to you within three working days of reception of the declaration of conformity and the payment.  

6. The payment of the contract must be made by cheque (to Music for London ) within seven days of reception of the contract
